THE COCKTAIL
The Hardshore Sour & Premium Spritz

Hardshore Sour
 Ingredients:
 1.5 oz             Hardshore Gin
 .5 oz               Dolin Blanc Vermouth 
 .5 oz               Liber Co. Pineapple Gum Syrup
 .5 oz               Fiore Siracusa Lemon Balsamic
 Basil leaf garnish
 
 Instructions:
 1) Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with fresh ice
 2) Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass 
 3) Slap (or “spank”) a fresh piece of basil and drop on top of cocktail
 4) Cheers!
Premium Spritz, the Low-ABV option…
 Ingredients:
1.25 oz         Lincoln and Main Drink ME 94 Vermouth
75 oz            Aperol
Top-off         Cuvée Beatrice Prosecco, or any of your favorite Prosecco!
Lemon peel garnish
 
 Instructions:
 1) Build in a frosted Nick and Nora glass, or any creative vessel you choose! 
 2) Top with Prosecco and express a lemon peel over the drink
 3) Drop lemon peel into glass, and Enjoy!
