Sarah-Taylor Wieluns
On-air Host
A Mainer, born n’raised, Sarah-Taylor is “wicked” excited to be hosting the Sunday Supper series. She’s been producing events and videos with many Maine chefs over the past five years, developing close connections with the very folks and businesses the ReUp ME program aims to support. Needless to say, this project is very close to her heart.
Sarah-Taylor was born and raised in mid-coast Maine. After graduating from Phillips Exeter Academy and subsequently Northeastern University, with a BA in Communications, she headed West and spent eight years thriving in Los Angeles’ network television industry. She left CBS’ Criminal Minds after six seasons as its Production Accountant and was soon cruising cross-country as Production Coordinator of the Race Across America’s media crew. Sarah-Taylor moved back east in 2011 and continued to build her production career for four years with Boston-based Parallax Productions.
After migrating back North to be based in her home state, Sarah-Taylor’s skill set blossomed and was tested by a variety of freelance work… from Dunkin’ Donuts Iced Coffee music videos, to an ESPN Magazine shoot at Gillette Stadium.
Working with O’Maine Studios since 2015, Sarah-Taylor became its Executive Producer by 2018, with every new project leaving satisfied clients… including The Food Network, LL Bean, Sodexo, Hannaford, Bristol Seafood and the Maine Center for Entrepreneurs. Our Sunday Supper host won a 2017 New England Emmy Award for Outstanding Documentary and has been personally nominated for several other awards, including the Mary Austin Award for Excellence in Producing at the Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema.
Sarah-Taylor defines Happiness as “an inside job,” and performs that one successfully too. By spending time outdoors - in Maine and around the world - whether its horseback riding through the woods on her sturdy mare, hiking trails herself or with “the dogs,” kayaking on quiet waters, or just enjoying the world with loved ones… her joy for Life (and good food!) shines bright. You’ll see!
